Here’s what’s new and coming soon to Dutchie E-Commerce. Subject to change.

      Enhancements

Download a QR code for your website. Create a scannable QR code for your dispensary’s website directly in Dutchie, no third-party tools needed. Go to Settings > Store Info > Contact and select Download QR Code next to the Website field.

Your QR code downloads as an SVG file that stays sharp at any size, making it easy to add to flyers, table tents, storefront signage, and other marketing materials. Enter a valid website URL to enable the download button.

Look for this update on or around October 19.

      Fixes

We're deploying fixes for the following issues:

      • A dispensary's global delivery fee could override a drawn delivery zone's own fee, including charging a fee in a zone configured to be free.

      • Online order confirmation emails could start going to a dispensary's main storefront email instead of the intended recipient, with no configuration change on the retailer's end.

      • A special offer tag (e.g., "Choose ANY 4, Pay for 3") wasn't displaying on qualifying products online.

      • Products auto-archived after selling out didn't reliably reappear on the menu after being restocked in BioTrack.

      • Selecting a filter on an embedded menu on mobile could cause a long blank scroll before the filtered results appeared.

      • A product weight variant could show a discount label online even when that variant wasn't actually eligible for the discount.

      • Saving a BOGO discount could fail with a validation error.

      • A storefront's sitemap could list a collections page that actually returns a 404.

      • A weighted flower product page could return a server error when every weight option was out of stock or below the online inventory threshold, for stores using discount gamification.

      • The Dutchie Plus API's menu endpoint could return a server error when called with a negative pagination offset.

      • The mobile category grid showed a "View All" button when exactly six categories were configured, even though nothing was hidden and the button did nothing.

      • An exclusive collection's product count could briefly show as 0 due to a timing issue when quickly returning to the collections list after creating or updating it.

      • At the enterprise level, some products weren't appearing in the special/discount product picker.

      • Recreational customers could add more than the legal possession limit of concentrate to their online cart.
