      Enhancements

      Flexible delivery window durations

Dispensaries can now configure delivery and pickup time slots for any duration up to 24 hours using a new hours and minutes picker. Previously, these windows were limited to a maximum of 5 hours, which often forced longer service windows to be split into multiple confusing slots for customers. You can find these new settings under Settings > Ordering for each applicable order type.

Customizable product card sizes for mobile app

You can now choose between small, medium, and large product card layouts to better showcase your inventory and tailor the visual density of your storefront. Use small cards for denser grid layouts to improve scannability, or larger cards for more prominent display of featured products.

Dark mode support in mobile app

You can now use the Dutchie mobile app in dark mode, providing a more comfortable browsing experience in low-light environments. The app automatically respects your device's system-level light and dark mode preferences, adapting all screens, brand colors, and UI components for optimal contrast and readability.

Enhanced specials and deals display in mobile app

Product cards for active specials now feature a more prominent visual treatment, including bold discount badges (e.g., "15% off") and "Limited time deal" labels. This update improves visual hierarchy on the home screen and in search results, making it easier for customers to identify savings and active promotions.

Improved mobile app navigation and screen layout

We’ve streamlined the mobile app interface by replacing the hamburger menu with a persistent More tab in the bottom navigation bar. Additionally, the tab bar height has been reduced and text labels removed for a cleaner look, while the title bar has been removed from all screens to maximize space for product browsing.

      • Dispensary information on home screen: Key dispensary details including name, address, hours, and contact information are now displayed directly on the app's home screen for quicker access.

      • Unified sort and filter: The sort and filter controls on the filtered products screen have been combined into a single, cohesive UI component to simplify the browsing experience.

      • Grid view for filtered products: The filtered products screen now defaults to a responsive grid layout, aligning with standard e-commerce patterns for better visual scanning.

      • Notification history: Users can now access a notification inbox to view a chronological history of past alerts and activity.

      Fixes

We've released fixes to address the following issues:

      • Orders were being auto-confirmed too quickly, which prevented order terminals from playing notification sounds or auto-printing receipts.

      • The option to change payment type was being cut off for some users.

      • We’ve fixed inconsistent spacing and sizing of category tiles on the mobile app home screen to ensure a uniform grid layout

      • Brand Portal admins were unable to edit or remove existing users from the Settings > Users page

      • A routing issue in the “Browse Locations” selector caused errors when customers attemtped to switch store locations.

      • Certain pages could intermittently return a server error (HTTP 500) when loaded without an active session. This primarily affected first-time visitors or users with cleared browser data.

      • Oregon's Combined Inhalable purchase limit was not being properly enforced for online orders of infused pre-rolls.
